Phytochemical screening and in vitro evaluation of the antiarthritic activity of Nigella sativa L. seeds extracts

چکیده

The objective of this study was the evaluation antiarthritic activity as well phytochemical screening Nigella sativa L. seeds extracts in vitro. dosage flavonoids have shown that content found hydroalcoholic extract (134.7 ± 0.289 mg QE / g) significantly higher compared to aqueous (48.495 0.035mg g). phytochemicals analysis revealed presence tannins, saponins and reducing compounds absence alkaloids. results showed an important effect on inhibition inflammation.The show seed exhibited anti-inflammatory effect.
